If I am a member, how many facial or massage services am I eligible to receive each month?+
Your membership includes one service credit per month, redeemable for either a facial or a massage at your tier. Need more? Members can purchase additional credits in bulk each month to lock in extra savings. Ask about our Premier Complete membership: one monthly fee covers both a facial and a massage at the Premier tier.
Can I use my membership credit for both massage and facial services?+
Yes, regardless of credits available, as a member you receive membership pricing on ALL services (even advanced services like Peels, Microneedling, 2 hour-lux facial). Any unused credits can be applied.
Do my credits and member pricing apply to advanced services like Peels and Microneedling?+
Yes, and this is where membership pays for itself. Member pricing applies to every service, including Peels, Microneedling, and the two hour Luxe Facial, and your credits can be applied to any of them. Microneedling runs $400 for members versus $550, and a series of three is $975 versus $1,350.
What happens if I don't use my credit?+
Miss a month? No biggie! Your credits roll over and stay in your account, so nothing goes to waste. Whenever you come in, you can put them toward any service we offer, and you'll still get your member pricing.
What if I want to cancel or pause my membership?

Pause up to 90 days a year, or cancel any time with 30 days' notice. No long-term contracts.
